Ingredients

  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor until mixture is smooth and slightly chunky
  2. Enjoy with crackers, pita bread, or with some fresh veggies!
