Simple Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 6 mushrooms diced
  • 1 bunch broccoli, separated into florets
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 green chili minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped finely
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (soy sauce replacement)

Directions

  1. Set your burner to medium heat, allow wok to heat up
  2. Add coconut oil
  3. Once oil is heated add garlic
  4. Add tumeric, chili powder, ground cumin and coriander seed to the oil
  5. Add onion to the wok and allow the ingredients to simmer
  6. Add 6 cups of stir fry to the wok and mix the ingredients
  7. Add ginger to the wok
  8. Cover with a lid to cook the veggies slightly for about 5 min
  9. Add Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s to taste and stir gently for a few more min
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander and green onion
  11. Serve with your favorite rice noodles or brown rice
