Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, gluten free
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 inch ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

  1. In a saucepan heat water, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger and mix well
  2. Once heated, slowly add cornstarch and whisk until dissolved
  3. Set aside to use in our Mushroom and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry Noodle Recipe
